Thank you for considering a career at The Totteridge Academy.

We believe that every child deserves an excellent education, delivered through a rigorous and challenging curriculum led by knowledgeable, passionate practitioners. We teach our students to appreciate the beauty of maths, the wonder of science, and the power of the written word.

As Principal, I am proud to have a team of committed colleagues who reject the view that success in life is pre-determined or that our talents are fixed. Together, we teach our students to work hard, aim high, and take pride in their learning. Our successful GCSE results in 2018 are an example of the success and achievement brought about by this ethos.

At our school, we actively promote a culture of respect. We greet each other in the corridor and hold the door open for the person behind us. We celebrate our differences whilst standing together as a community. We run a wide range of after-school clubs and invite inspiring speakers and organisations to join us for assemblies and special events.

The school is located in beautiful countryside and our fields and courts provide ample space for the students to play sport, take part in activities, and enjoy their free time each day. We also enjoy the added benefit of such close proximity to our capital city, which offers numerous cultural opportunities.

If you would like to find out more, please do come and see us for yourself.
